RARE Vintage Pure SILK 'Antique Cars' Tailor-made Blouse

No size available/ tailor-made to fit. Suitable for XS to M. Seen in photos on size XS mannequin. For reference please see the measurements below, ideally comparing them to a similar piece you own that fits you well.

Vintage, tailor-made from a pure Silk foulard
 

The blouse is in perfect condition. A couple of very minor signs of age/ wear on the inner lining layer (some very light fraying at the side seams, a couple of tiny pinprick holes). These tiny flaws are only on the inner lining, and do not affect the outside.
